Live Tissue Connect™, Inc. (LTC)—based in Santa Barbara, California—is a medical device company with a proprietary, 3rd-generation Radio Frequency (RF) Bipolar tissue management system that can seal, coagulate, cut and, uniquely, reconnect or “weld” most types of human and animal soft tissue.
